When should I take Thermo Caps?

As part of a low-calorie diet, we recommend taking one serving of Thermo Caps with a light meal before cardio or strength training. On non-training days, the dose of three capsules can also be divided (e.g. two capsules with a light breakfast, one capsule in the early afternoon). Depending on your personal caffeine tolerance, Thermo Caps can also be combined with other caffeine sources such as coffee, energy drinks or pre-workout boosters. According to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), up to 400 mg of caffeine per day (in single doses of up to 200 mg) is considered safe.
