Sales Representative for Fitness Studios (m/f/d)

·        Region: Eastern Germany

 Your tasks:

  • Building, maintaining and developing business relationships with fitness studios, studio owners and decision-makers
  • Active sales of our Weider product range, including advice on product selection, placement, and sales strategies in the studio.
  • Implementation of sales promotions, marketing campaigns and POS materials (e.g. counter, shop area, vending machines)
  • Training and support for studio teams regarding products, application areas, and sales arguments.
  • Identifying new customer potential and continuously expanding your customer base
  • Monitoring of market, trend and competitive developments in the fitness and health sector
  • Documentation of your activities and regular reporting to the sales and key account team.

 

Your profile:

  • Field sales experience, ideally in the fitness, sports, or nutrition sector (e.g., studios, supplements, FMCG). Alternatively: a strong sales personality with a high affinity for fitness and training.
  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable background is an advantage.
  • Confident, friendly demeanor as well as strong closing and consulting skills.
  • Passion for fitness and nutrition
  • Structured, independent work style and enjoyment of traveling within the sales territory
  • Safe handling of digital tools (CRM, reporting, presentations)
  • Driving licence class B and willingness to travel
  • Very good German skills

  • You will support our team in Day-to-day business revolving around Shopify and Zendesk .
  • You support us in Supply chain issues and you are involved in the Coordination and optimization of processes along the supply chain.
  • You work at the Further development and optimization of our webshop management with.
  • You will assist with the Processing and responding to customer inquiries received via the webshop.
  • You help with this, to evaluate data and to derive insights for the further development of our e-commerce processes.

  • You are convincing through analytical thinking and a good understanding of complex relationships .

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification

  • Professional experience in sales administration or basic accounting knowledge is desirable.

  • Proficient use of MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word)

  • Experience with ERP systems – ideally Microsoft Business Central – is an advantage.
